11 Family Day - JUUF never celebrates Father's Day because we don't meet in June. So instead of celebrating just Mother's Day, we will celebrate Family Day with a program talking about the modern family and marriage equality. This is an intergenerational service. No RE classes, as the service will be planned to include the children. Chalice Hall, 10 a.m.
14 Youth group, 6 p.m., Chalice Hall
18 Guest minister, Rev. Kim Poole. Chalice Hall, 10 a.m. The JUUF annual meeting and a potluck will follow the service. All are welcome to participate in the annual meeting, but only members in good standing may vote. In addition to voting for board members, the congregation will be asked to approve a new five-year plan. The plan will be circulated widely prior to the meeting once the board has approved the draft.
