The Juneau Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is governed by a board of directors, referred to in the bylaws as the “executive board.” The board consists of up to seven members elected annually by the members of the Fellowship. Other meetings are announced in the Sunday order of service, by email, or in the Clue, as appropriate.  The bylaws allow the board to conduct business by email and some routine matters are handled in that fashion.
